so as to be able to include all of the promised functionality.

-- Prismata is successfully entering the Fortune 500 and
international arenas on a large scale while simultaneously maintianing
its focus on small to medium sized businesses.
-- Prismata announces version 3.5, which will contain
updated reporting and data import functionality. Scheduled
release is Fall 2010.
-- Prismata CPS tested and approved for listing on
CNET's Download.com, as well as on several other international download
sites. Total website downloads nearing 1,000.
2010
-- Version 3.1.4 was officially released in July 2009
along with new multi-user pricing. Interest in the new product line has
exceeded expectations, with installations in international (Middle
East, Africa, Asia and Europe) and Fortune 100 companies underway
within the fist month of release. Despite the entrance into large scale
implementations, Prismata remains dedicated to its core focus:
empowering small to medium sized businesses with advanced activity
based management and business intelligence solutions.
-- Prismata leapfrogs version 2.6 of the software for
version 3.0, which will contain customized reporting features,
increased client - server functionality and will run on SQL Server
2005. Scheduled release is Summer 2009.
-- Internet sales have risen steadily since the initial
publication of the current website, and now account for more than 10%
of Prismata's monthly revenue. MAS500 and Navision integration
being completed for two implementations kicking off in
August.
2009
-- Prismata is named a 'preferred vendor' for the
Memorial Hermann Health Net Providers, a 3,400 physician group in
Houston, TX. The only business intelligence software company ever

and integrate with eClinicalWorks, their practice management system of

-- Prismata announces design specifications for Version
2.6 of the Costing and Profit Solution. 2.6 will contain all of
the features of 2.5, plus the ability to design metrics, and a client
only installation. Additionally, the commercial application will
include tutorials on rehabilitating problem customers
and products, while the healthcare application will work with
problem insurance companies and procedures. Version 2.6 scheduled
be available by Christmas 2008.
-- Prismata begins
looking for additional cities in the U.S. to maintain a
corporate presence. Current finalists include Chicago,
Boston and San Francisco. Internet sales account for 5% of
monthly revenue.
-- Prismata finalizes
the list of ERP and practice management systems it will officially
integrate with, including Navision, TimeMatters, Medisoft and
eClinicalWorks. Prismata is actively pursuing relationships with
these and several other providers of activity and revenue management
systems, in essence creating a space for Prismata as a 'cost / profit /
margin & efficency analysis' module to the ERP or practice
management system.
-- Prismata releases a
new, interactive version of its website, allowing consumers to
download and purchase the applications online. Four years of our
using the software internally to perform the analysis for our
customers has allowed us to strenghten the products to their
current level of user friendliness and stability. First month
internet revenue accounts for 2% of Prismata's total sales.
-- Prismata kicks off
the new year with goals to increase revenue by 150%. Sustaining
the aggressive growth Prismata has enjoyed over its first four years
will be achievable through more national and international marketing
efforts and a strong focus on growing the commercial side of the
business.
